With over 10 years of experience as a licensed Realtor in the greater Daytona Beach area, I bring a unique blend of discipline, dedication, and people-focused service to every client relationship. Originally from outside Cleveland, Ohio, and raised along the East Coast in New York and New Jersey, I eventually followed my passion for the coastal lifestyle by choosing to live near — and sell — the beach. Before entering real estate, I built a career in fitness and wellness as a Certified Personal Trainer, Health and Wellness Coach, and Exercise Science graduate. For two decades, I helped individuals achieve their personal goals, a foundation that continues to drive my commitment to guiding clients through the important milestones of buying, selling, and investing in property. Today, I manage a growing portfolio of nearly 100 properties while serving the needs of homebuyers, sellers, and investors across Volusia County. Beyond real estate, my background is defined by discipline and teamwork. As one of eight children, I grew up immersed in sports, including basketball, hockey, boxing, and martial arts, ultimately earning a second-degree black belt. That same focus and persistence now shape how I advocate for clients. When I’m not working, I enjoy raising my young daughter in Volusia County, supporting her passion for swimming and gymnastics, and catching college football (Go Buckeyes!). I am passionate about helping people and take pride in delivering exceptional service and lasting results for my clients.
